I sure miss everyone! I hope this note finds our Crystal Springs students & families taking care of yourselves while staying home, healthy and safe. While school is not in session, I am still working from home and am available for questions or concerns. Feel free to reach out and contact me via email or by leaving a message on the health room voicemail which I am checking daily. I have listed some resources & information below that might be helpful.
A district wide procedure is currently being developed for safe pickup of medications. If you have an urgent need or shortage of a needed medication at home please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise please wait for more information regarding medications at school.
New medication authorization forms are required every school year, stay tuned on how this will work, the procedure is yet to be determined.
